ABOUT THE SYAOR CHARITABLE FOUNDATION:
The Sutter Yuba Association of REALTORS® Foundation, established in 2016 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is committed to supporting our REALTOR® members in times of need while strengthening the broader Sutter–Yuba community through charitable giving and service. Through annual fundraising events and the generosity of our members and partners, we are able to provide meaningful assistance to families and individuals throughout the year.
One of our signature initiatives, Clothes for Kids, helps ensure that local school-aged children have access to new, essential clothing. Thanks to the continued support of our members and community, the Foundation now outfits approximately 450 children each year, easing financial burdens on families and helping students feel confident and prepared.
In 2018, following the devastating Cascade Fire, the Foundation received a $50,000 Housing Affordability Fund Grant from the California Association of REALTORS® to support displaced homeowners. With an additional $25,000 contribution from our Foundation, we proudly delivered $75,000 worth of water tanks to affected Yuba County residents, providing a vital resource as they began rebuilding their homes and lives.
