Joining SYAOR

If you are interested in joining the Sutter-Yuba Association of REALTORS® please use the information and forms below to initiate the process.

1. Select your membership type and complete the appropriate application

2. Membership Check List:

Completed application form(s).
Send in the appropriate membership fees and dues.
Send a copy of your Salesperson or appraiser's license (not applicable to Affiliate applicants).

3. For REALTOR ® members you need to attend a orientation class and complete the online New Member Code of Ethics Training of the National Association of REALTORS® (not applicable to Affiliate applicants).

REALTOR® applicants must complete the New Member Code of Ethics Training of the National Association of REALTORS® after submitting an application. Please visit the Code of Ethics Training web site here for additional information.
